When logged into Dockwa, you navigate to the new reservation screen, click “Default Rates” dropdown.
From here, when you click “Enter a custom rate,” you can set up monthly, or full stay rates with the correct tax.
You can also change and edit your long term reservation once you get to “Step 4.”
You can also preload monthly, seasonal, and annual rates into this tool through the “Pricing” button in the “Account dropdown” in the top right of the screen.
Dockwa also allows you to add “Installment Rates'' and the rates will show up moving forward by clicking the “Default rates” dropdown.
