“As we prepare for a 5 days trip on the Fl ICW it made it very easy for us to plan, reserve and pay for the slips in different marinas along the way. However one of our stops at a marina in Sarasota does not have the Dockwa system. Which happens to be the one I called 3 times to confirm our slip reservation and still have not been able to talk to a person. So there you have it. The ones with Dockwa all done and confirmed the ones without still waiting and our trip starts tomorrow.”
